Artificial Intelligence Division (AID)
The aims of the Division
The AI Division within PsySSA aims to lead the integration of artificial intelligence in psychology, equipping practitioners and academics to apply AI responsibly and effectively. Its mission includes:
- Education and Awareness: Providing ongoing learning about AI’s applications and implications in psychology.
- Ethical Guidelines: Developing standards to ensure AI is used ethically, prioritizing client welfare and privacy.
- Research and Collaboration: Supporting research on AI innovations in psychology and fostering partnerships with AI specialists.
- Accessibility and Inclusivity: Promoting equitable AI use to improve access to psychological services.
