Eden College Lyndhurst the Centre of Remedial Education (CORE) seeks an Educational Psychologist to work from their premise’s in Lyndhurst. The successful candidate will work in collaboration with other members of staff.
The ideal candidate is an Educational Psychologist who:
- is currently registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as an Educational Psychologist;
- has a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an educational environment, and is in possession of an understanding of a co-educational environment;
- has an eagerness to develop and grow their own private practice
- has the necessary expertise to conduct Psychoeducational Assessments, Individual Therapy, Group Therapy, Family Therapy, Remedial Support and provide Psychoeducation;
- can work with staff and develop staff wellness and development workshops if required;
- is prepared to collaborate as part of a with a multidisciplinary team;
- has experience in dealing with ethical and confidentiality matters; and
- will liaise with educators when required.
